3. How Booking Requests Are Sent

Our online booking form does not store your information on a server. When you submit the form, it opens a pre-filled message in WhatsApp or your email application for you to send directly to our team. From that point, your information is handled the same way as any other WhatsApp message or email you send us.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share the details of your booking only with the caregiver assigned to your family, to the extent necessary to provide safe and appropriate care.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking-related communications for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, respond to any follow-up questions, and meet our own record-keeping needs.

Information about children is provided to us by a parent or legal guardian for the purpose of arranging childcare. We use this information solely to provide safe, appropriate care and do not use it for any other purpose.
