These terms apply whenever you book a babysitting or nanny service with Bali Sunshine Babysitters ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting a booking request, you agree to the terms below.

1. Our Services

We connect families with background-checked, first-aid trained babysitters and nannies for villas, hotels, weddings, holidays, evenings out, and longer-term placements in Bali.

2. Minimum Booking

All bookings have a minimum duration of 5 hours per day. This allows our caregivers to settle in properly and provide attentive, unrushed care.

3. Booking Requests & Confirmation

Submitting a booking request through our website, WhatsApp or email is a request for care, not a guaranteed confirmation. We will confirm your caregiver, schedule and any final details directly with you before your booking date.

4. Accuracy of Information

Please provide accurate information about your children's ages, any allergies, medical needs or other special requirements. This helps us match you with the right caregiver and ensure your children's safety and comfort.

5. Payment

Payment methods and amounts are confirmed directly with our team as part of finalising your booking.

6. Cancellations & Changes

Plans can change, especially while travelling. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

7. Caregiver Conduct

All caregivers are expected to follow our safety standards and act professionally at all times. If you have any concerns during or after a booking, please contact us directly so we can address them.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we carefully screen and train all caregivers, we ask parents or guardians to share relevant safety information (allergies, medical conditions, water safety needs, etc.) in advance of each booking. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
